I just recently got out of the army in November, and I no longer have access to MyPay. Is there anyway I can ensure that I will get my W-2?

What do you mean no longer have access? I retired in 95 and check MyPay at least 6-8 times a year.

Not 100% sure how, but my username and password no longer work for my pay. I tried the password reset using my social and email and it said error

Maybe you should call DFAS and ask for help in resetting it.

you should receive one in the mail at the end of january or first week of february.
