Im currently trying to find another unit’s ESB train up/ Test date for to see if they allow my section to attempt it as well. My main concern is i dont know how to go and find about around fort hood. Should i talk to other BN S3 section to see if they have a upcoming ESB date or how should i approach this?

From what I've seen, most units are running them concurrently with EIB. So, as long as you know when EIB happens every year, that's when you should be doing ESB

Your S3 will have that info. However your 1SG should also. Always start at the Company/Battery level.

So I should ask my 1SG about if other units have a ESB/EIB Going on in the future?

Of course. CSMs always look for available slots for deserving Soldiers. If you and your Team set the standard by seeking support it may happen. You know what happens if you don’t as right? So ask, all they can say is you are not ready or they will check.

Like the EIB, EFMB or even APFT, ACFT there should be no weeks-long train-up. The idea is not to see if you can become an expert for a day, it's to test if you have already BECOME an expert at set skills.
Should there be a practice run or two? YES, so you can learn the testing procedures and have a fair chance at evualtion. But the training days before test week is not to suddenly learn how to become an expert (or fit) for a test.
In any case SSG(P) (Join to see) as noted by others, your company CO and 1SG have the info you seek (or if not, it's not available or they failed at their job)
