Reaching out to anyone who deployed with 57 Sig Bn, out of Ft Hood to Iraq in or around 2004. Looking for a contact who can point me in a direction to find orders for that deployment. My DD214 needs major corrections and I cannot seem find those orders anywhere.

I deployed with the 57th on 10 Jan 2004. I can check my files to see if I have a copy of it. I believe Joseph Hoffman is on here so you might want to tag him. He also runs the 57th Expeditionary Signal Battalion Legacy page on FB. He may have a copy readily available.
Do you remember which company you were in?

Awesome, yeah Joseph was the first person I went to when I realized I needed them. I was in Alpha. Thank you so much.

Request Military Service Records
Veterans and their next of kin can get FREE copies of their DD 214, and other military service records including Official Military Personnel File (OMPF), Replacement Medals, and Medical and Health Records.

No sets of orders I could find from my 04 or 06 deployments on there, funny thing is though, I have the orders and Pre Deployment and Post deployment health assessments from 06 physical copies in my possession, and Pre Deployment and Post Deployment health assessments from the 04 deployment, just no orders. My DD214 needs corrections big time as soon as I can find orders from that time frame from my old unit I can start the process of corrections

SGT Justin Gabbard - you said in another post, there were order numbers written on the PDHra , you can get them from the issuing HQ based on the number.
Also why did you not say something when you signed your 214?

Unfortunately I thought they were order numbers, but they were only the unit UIC. If I remember, from the time I returned from my last deployment to how much time I had to ACAP and everything was a very small window and there was such a flurry with paperwork and everything I think I just trusted the S shops (S-1) to have everything in order. I even still have the 4 day pass request to Qatar during that deployment.
