How can I get a direct transfer setup between the VA and my overseas school?

My college USIU-Africa in Nairobi, Kenya has not received two semesters of tuition payments from the VA. Therefore, I am unable to continue taking classes, because of the debt. The issue stems from the payments being set by snail-mail. Checks sent by mail to the school is a slow and unreliable way to pay for tuition. It would be best to send tuition via direct transfer.

I have been in communication with a financial aid officer at USIU. She has been calling the VA to attempt to remedy the situation. I do not know what else I should do to fix this problem. I have tried the VA "Ask a Question" avenue before without any luck. Please help.
