How can I get a Vettix account removed from suspension?

I am trying to contact Vetix to remove an account suspension and there is no way to do this on the site. Does anyone know how to get an account removed from suspension?

Did you find an email address for them? My account says suspended for scalping - I haven't even been to an event in a while. No way to contact them.

My husband and I are both veterans and accidentally typed his ID.me login again when verifying the second account. Is there any way to get both accounts unsuspended so we can log into ID.me correctly through my account? He was 4 years AD Navy and I am current Active (AGR) in the Ait National Guard

Mine was suspended as well, apparently I had an account I knew nothing about! the
FAQ does nothing to help you with getting un-suspended. It is supposed to be for military members but it sure isn't military friendly in this regard. Very disappointing.

My Vettix account got suspended, but I did send a pic of the event we attended… I’ve tried and tried to contact them but had no luck. Can someone help me please and see what I can do???

I had the exact thing happen to me. I sent a photo and thank you message and got suspended because the photo wasn’t good enough quality.
I have literally donated a lot of money and NFL tickets to Vet Tix and this is their way of saying thank you. I’m not so sure anymore if Vet Tix is legitimate.
