To make the story short, I commission in May of this year for active duty. Got what was told was my NBG22 back in Feb 2020 from The Maryland Guard. Gave those documents to my cadre to be told the documents that were given were “fake” not sure what that means. My cadre has sense been trying to reach out to RSP, my recruiter etc just to be told we’ll get back to you later or sent straight to voicemail. I’m not sure if what I said made any sense but I’m just trying to figure out who do I call etc to get a Real copy?..thanks in advance?

They should be in your Iperms. I have a copy of of my NGB-22. I just looked at mine and it looks like one should have went into your permanent record. I do believe that is where I downloaded my from. I was National Guard and then a commissioned into the National Guard before I came back to the regular army. I can't say no one has ever asked me for my NGB 22. Only the National Guard uses that.

The pic you uploaded is a discharge order, and your people probably thought it was a fake because this is probably the first time they saw an order generated by the new IPPS-A system, they do look noticeably different.

They should have sent him a copy to his home of record within 30 days of this discharge, just like a DD214 if they don't give it to you as you walk out the gate. Or at least that was the rules when I was S1.

CPT Lawrence Cable - They should, however most state G1s don't even generate one unless there is a request, and some states will only accept a request from and send the form directly to the Soldier, not their unit or BN.
The link I provided for MD ARNG shows that a NAF employee is responsible for NGB 22s, and they charge $15 for processing each request, probably to help fund the NAF position doing that.

I seriously doubt your command team fraudulently created a form and mailed it to you. If it says NGB-22 on the bottom then it's your legitimate discharge form. More likely, your Cadre has no clue what they're talking about and your NBG22 is legit

I never got anything in the mail. They emailed me my NGB22. Attached is what they emailed me

Cadet MSG (Join to see) - That is not an NGB22, that is orders separating you from the Guard. If you don't have it, I would first talk to the Admin at your old unit, who should be able to print it out, or HR at the State Headquarters. You might check your IPERM, but in my day, NGB and HRC didn't communicate very well.
