Contact your post education office and see what you can do to take the FAST class. At least, that's what it was called back in my younger days.

Improve your ASVAB (AFCT) scores and achieve college readiness with Peterson’s Academic Skills Training courses. Through partnership with DANTES, Peterson’s provides these academic courses free of charge to all active duty military, their families, and DoD civilians.

SGT (Join to see) Talk to your Rentention NCO or Career Counselor they should know where the nearest testing facility is for your state. It is located at most education offices. Another person for the Guard is your Military Education Counselor. It might be possible to take it at MEPS too, but you need to talk with one of your Guard Recruiters and find out the procedure for that. Also go to any library and check out an ASVAB study guide, make sure you are ready to take the test, you don't want your scores to go down either.

I believe that you have to retake the asbav again. One of my friends had to do that in order for them to be considered for WOCS.
