How can I remove an 8k ineligible code on my SRB?

I have an “8k” code on my srb.

I have ssd2 completed & I was promotable.
I have my cert for sss2. My srb shows completed as well.
I had an Alc slot!
Alms shows ssd2 completed

Suggestions?

Email the NCOES email at HRC and they will remove it if you're complete.

Sounds like you do not have credit for completion in ATRRS. Enail your cert to your leadership and send it to your schools guy. It needs to go to your Div or Corp ATRRS guy so they can fix your stuff.
