How can I track down US savings bonds that I purchased in boot camp?

All ive gotten is the run around nobody seems to know where the ==== there at because in 2014 all bonds that were being held were supposed to be mailed to the individuals.and so you cant file for lost bonds cause they were never issued and of course no 1 in the navy has any clue!! very frustrating

Check with your admin folks. They may have been held by the issuing authority if you were in transit.
