How can I use this site to find out about better pcs options

How can I use this in my favor? I am E5 with 4 years in, I have deployed to Afghanistan twice, I am in 3rd ID now and was in 10th Mtn Fort Drum before. I would like a FO assignment at Fort Campbell withe 101st.

Sergeant, one way is to click on Career Corner, Military Assignments to see what openings are coming up for your rank, branch and/or specialty. Another way is to use the search box to find RP members in your desired unit, then network with them to find openings.
