How can we better promote the brand/image of the military/ law enforcement to our own citizens?

We've entered some rather volatile times on the last 24-48 hours here in the U.S. Many Gen-Z people in large cities have demonstrated acts of violence towards law enforcement that may extend to the NG. For those with a distrust in our systems, how can we better work to reconcile these relationships?

This is a tip of the iceberg thing. It is the millennial GEN Z and what ever demographic you want and their perception of law and order;mistrust in government; and mistrust in authority in general. It is also to an extent the individual exceptionalism, that doesn’t apply to me mindset. It’s pushed law enforcement to be heavy handed because more and more interactions turn confrontational. Then there is the effect of filming these that cause different responses to those involved.

We cannot in more than a local basis. The media could if they were fair and unbiased.

This i my HO is an awesome question however it does not have a quick fix answer. Many things can be done but then again you do not have everyone on the same page so it will take will take years to fix it. Now 1 thing that could help would be the media they need to tell the News and not peddle their lies and opinions. Crimes and punishment needs to be tougher. History and Government needs to be back in school and you Must receive a passing grade to Graduate. Politicians need to be limited to two terms Just as the POTUS is. Facebook twitter and other social media needs to be held as opinions NOT as law and fact, You may state law and fact there but it is still an opinion until proven otherwise. The Constitution Needs to be followed. LIEING Under OATH should be upheld as a violation of Law but must be proven not just claimed. Manipulating, Twisting, grandstanding, or other wise not following the rule should be a felony offense and Prosecuted as such. On and on and on. This is just a start but will spare you the long drawn out version. TFR
