You will need to go to your local recruiters office to see if you are even service eligible. If you are then your packet looks about average. Your relationship with those who are providing letters is key. They mean so thing if you are just acquaintances with friends in hi places. The scores appear average, again a recruiter has all of those statistics available to them.

Regardless of the strength of your numbers, the time is now if ever, the military needs people and good people. If you qualify you should be good to go unless you are not providing something in your past, medical or legal.

I’ve seen way less get accepted, your resume and essay are going to need to be strong given you’re trying for the street to seat method. Send the packet thru and see what happens!

Here is my old Brigades checklist for application for Aviation Warrant Officer. Gives you a lot of things to consider because even the "odd" questions have hemmed up and caused the state to lose people in the process. Not saying you are doing a ARNG flight position, maybe your intent is going Active Duty. But the same things can cause your packet to get hemmed up or rejected from the school house at Ft. Rucker.

Well, I made Warrant with no credentials or letters of reference, but the Vietnam war was going on and they needed pilots. And later I was granted a direct to 1LT, even though I was originally a draftee.
But, I agree with most of the respondents, check with your recruiter.
