How did you get started using Space-A for vacations?

I am anxious to be retired from my civilian job in 4 years so I can start using Space-A (no flexibility yet). Are you a retiree who uses Space-A? How did you get started? Where is your most memorable destination? Any horror stories? Best Tips?

I used Space-A once and told myself I would never do it again. As soon as I got to my destination I had to turner around and leave. It was not relaxing at all.
