How difficult is it for a Senior NCO to get a certificate of non-availability from housing at Camp Humphreys?

I am going unaccompanied in January. My plan is too live off post. My question is how difficult is it to get a certificate of non-availability from housing?

For E7 and above when I left in August it was fairly easy because they were trying to make sure they had room for the relocation project.

Left in March. Unless things have changed since, Single/unaccompanied SM will be in SLQ, unless the full rate is at 95%, then you have a choice to pick on or off post. This applies no matter the rank. The Garrison SGM was living in SLQ.

SFC (Join to see) It was a common mentality that, because the tour was so short, that one just has to tolerate issues long enough until PCS. They've expanded since then, so it could be different.
