I'm really embarrassed to ask this but I've never had much of a mentor and I have been doing well at figuring things out myself. How can I access my past NCOER's? I thought I could go to continue/View active NCOERs on EES but nope. Please help.

Do you mean access your past NCOERS? They're in your OMPF. EES is where your NCOER support form is created and where you will create the NCOERs of the Soldiers you will rate, also where you will sign your own NCOER when it's time. Once you sign the NCOER and submit it and it gets sent to HRC it is no longer an active NCOER so you can't view it

You shouldn't be embarrassed at all. The beauty of RallyPoint is that you can find out answers. I was enlisted and really never had a mentor either. I have had some recently but RallyPoint has been the place that I have used over time. I have used Rallypoint as my mentor and have even built some good professional relationships here.

If you log into your Iperms you should see the evaluations sub category under your Performance. This will display your evaluations that are for record. If you have one pending or that was just signed it will not be in your Iperms but it will be in your EES. After it is reviewed by HRC it will be transferred to your permanent file.

Go to IPERMS all of your file should be there, NCOER's, medical exams, awards etc, actually you should check IPERMS annually to make sure that stuff did make it there, if not get with S-1 or who ever has IPERMS access and get it on that file so you can always access it.

SGT (Join to see) Along with what everyone has said about IPERMs, make hard copies of all your awards, orders, 1059s, NCOERs and other important Army paperwork that you get and start making yourself an "I Love Me" book. That way you always have the paperwork readily on hand and do not need to search for stuff.
