How do I add weapons qualifications in DTMS? I need to enter my Soldiers M4 qualifications however every time I try to add “new qualification” my only option is m16a2?

Check the weapon assignment page for the company.
The total number of M4's on hand at your company should be there, if not, they need to be added, and the M16A2s that are assigned to Soldiers need to be deleted.
Assign an M4 to every Soldier that would be assigned one.
Then enter the qualifications.
Remember, IWQ and CSWQ scores do not feed the USR unless those individuals and crews qualified have those weapons assigned to them.
