Good Afternoon, I'm trying to find out how I can pull a list of the following:
- Who has finished, needs to be enrolled, and is enrolled but not completed SSD/DLC
-Who has graduated, is enrolled, or needs to be enrolled into NCOPDS/WOES

I've been asked to supply this information for the BN Staff meeting (See attached picture). The thing is, this table has existed since "forever" in the slides and is just manually updated by the companies. (Required means that they need to attend the course/have not attended the course before). Nobody in the BN staff knows where to pull this information from, and I can't contact the former Training NCO because he ETS'd.

What system do I use to pull this? I've looked at ATRRS (I have a LogonID) and DTMS.

**Answer for future S3 people: No, you can't pull a report as Training NCO. You would have to manually check every SM via ATRRS. S1 is able to pull PME status, get with them.

You have access to ATRRS, which means you have access to AFAM.
You can use AFAM to determine who is enrolled or complete with NCOES and DLC.
Simple. sortable spreadsheet, Sort by grade, UIC, school, etc. Go back 3-4 years to end of this FY for best accuracy.
You can also use the dashboard in AFAM instead of building the report.

For the complete list of "who is and who isn't", that's an S1 function.

I've never heard of AFAM, but thank you for the tip SGM. I'll have to look it up when I get into work on Monday!

This information can be pulled from WebEDAS or Datastore. This is an S1 function to pull and it takes about 30 seconds to pull for the entire brigade.

I had originally found this out before making this post, but I was "assured" that "I remember someone saying there's a way, so figure it out". Thanks for the assurance I'm not crazy!

SGT Ryan Ballou the only other “way” is to pull every single persons ERB (you should have emilpo as a training NCO) and review each one. It’s too easy for S1 to send you a pull or you can ask you Career Counselor to send one from Web EDAS or PERDB.

For me, AFAM is my go to.
