I'm dumping one of my Google email accounts due to hackers getting a hold of it and causing trouble. I believe my RallyPoint login was using Google+, but I don't know what the password is for it. It was also connected to the Gmail account that I want to get rid of, but the password for it wasn't accepted by RallyPoint.

Do I have to close my RallyPoint account then create a new one because there is no option to reset the password in RallyPoint? I thought I had an actual login for RallyPoint, but I don't know where it is. What is the easy way to get around this if there is a way.

Meanwhile I'm going to search through old password lists to see if I do have an old login that isn't connected to social media.

To change your Google+ and Facebook login:
- Log in via desktop and go to your settings page
- Under "Linked Accounts" disconnect Google/Facebook by clicking the appropriate link.
You should now be able to log in with the email/password

I disconnected both, but it keeps requesting my previous password which I don't have. I was hoping there was an option to select Forgot Password so I could reset or create it. I may be stuck with either Facebook or Google. I could have sworn I created a login directly on RallyPoint then out of laziness switched to using another account, but I can't find any old direct logins. Thanks anyway. I may be stuck using either hacked Facebook or Google accounts and take my chances. The internet is getting too dangerous.

SPC (Join to see) I could not find an answer under Support, but one of our RallyPoint Administrators will be able to help you.

I'm still logged in, but it won't let me create a login probably because I am still logged in despite the fact I removed both Facebook and Google. There must be a connection somewhere to either Google or Facebook that is keeping me logged in. I'm afraid to log out then I may be locked out.

I just took the chance and logged out. It let me reset the password. I guess it makes sense to log out first. Now I can get rid of that Google email which is sending me way too much spam. Unsubscribing doesn't do anything. They keep you on their lists forever until you get rid of the email address. Thanks for all your help. I found the other linked account and unlinked it. I'll never use that login option again with all these major websites being hacked.
