How do I find a MAJ or above (USMC) to sponsor my MarineNet being turned back on?

Prior active duty Marine. Looking at reserves and being proactive. I called MarineNet and they said I still have an account, but would need any MAJ or above to send an email sponsoring my account being activated again. (want to knock out 5000 series so as soon as I enlist I can knock out PME and look at SSgt)
Note: Currently in National Guard. Its the only branch that needs a sponsor for Marine Net, which is why my sponsor has to come from USMC.

Where is the nearest USMC Recruiting Station? The COs are usually Majors. Have a good sales presentation ready. The contact info should be available online. If you are OCC the OSO should set it up.

The obvious choice is to talk to the closest Marine Recruiting station. But if you are a 09S and committed to a commissioning program I don't see how you're going to be joining the USMCR anytime soon

Not a recruiter—a Prior Service Recruiter. Call your nearest reserve unit, talk to the PSR, and explain what you’re trying to do. They handle this all the time.
