Go to your profile and at the bottom it should say "interests" with a list followed. You can edit this list.

I get dozens of notifications daily from groups I previously followed. How can I see a list of all the groups I followed?

Sir, you can monitor the bell icon on the Rallypoint banner on the top of your page. That will list each comment that comes into your responses. Also, the Groups icon in the black banner immediately under the RallyPoint banner will lists every one of the groups you follow.

Thank you, Sir! That's where I was seeing all of the notifications. Apparently I clicked follow on a hell of a lot of Interests :-). Thank you for the reply!
