How do I find out what percentage of my profile is done? What page do I need to be on?

Go to your My Profile page. It currently shows you at 71%.

I saw I was at 91%
What do I do to get 100%?
I am exhausting my military experience

My percentage still does not show up on my profile page, Just curious
On another page, I got 1000 points for being 90%
