How do I get my MGIB Kicker contact?

I was told when I enlisted that I would receive the Kicker and when I look at my documents and amendums they as well say I will receive the kicker. I have talked to the VA and they told me they need a contract the says both date and rate at which I will be paid and can not find anything in my iperms to original contract documents that is labeled as a kicker contract with a date and rate of pay. What do I do?
