How do I get SLC removed from my MEL/MES section on my SRB?

I was reserved for an SLC class through the USAR in 2018, where it was phase 1 and phase 2. Phase 1 was online and Phase 2 was in person. I was unable to attend both due to conflicting schedule and other reasons. They canceled my reservations for phase 2 but for my phase 1 my they put "other, non- successfull completion". It still show im a non-grad on my SRB even though I never attend the course or received a 1059 reflecting that I was a non-grad. I am now in the RA.

The easiest way is to complete SLC, then it will update automatically. Your SRB is not preventing you from receiving an SLC slot. Most likely the reason you have the non successful completion remark is that you were withdrawn after the first phase started, in which case the reason is correct.

Does it hurt for future promotion boards or would I have to explain it in a letter to the board president?

SSG Zachary Kelly the board looks at your actual 1059. When your board file opens and you see something funky that wouldn't be immediately obvious to the board, then it's a good idea to write a letter and explain the anomaly
