I have my certificate in IPERMS for my scheutzenschnur, but how do I replace one. It was stolen from my car.

I feel your pain. I had my GPB stolen from my uniform shirt that was hanging in my barracks room when I was at West Point

Depends on where you are at. But most clothing and sales should be able to order them for you if they are not in stock. I know the one at Fort Bliss had them in stock because there is a German unit there.
