I am a Army Reserve Solder and on my ERB, I have a lot of missing information. I talked to my S1 about getting it updated but the only thing he said was that I needed to submit to him an ERB with the missing information and he would then submit it to get it IPERM. I have been looking everywhere for a blank ERB form but it does not seem one exist. Is there a fillable ERB form out there that I can fill out or do I just hand write the missing information on the existing ERB form and turn that in to my S1. Thank you all for your help in advance.

I can't say for an ERB, but when I update the ORB, I circle the mistake/omission, and submit the order or document that corrects it, the S1 shop sends it up to be corrected...only send copies not originals,.

My way was to take an ERB with all the needed corrections and proof of completions to the S1 rep I trusted most. Below are blogs I wrote about important updates to the ERB and how to use it for professional development respectively:

For the Reserve, you use an ARB generated in RCMS instead of an ERB. The link to view/validate your ARB is https://selfservice.rcms.usar.army.mil/SelfService/Home/CareerCenter/Home.aspx. You'll have to CAC into the site to access youir record. There is no fillible version of the ARB, so you'll need to hand write your changes. The S-1 will update the system with what's in your iPERMS, and those changes will be immediately reflected on your ARB.

I'm glad to have helped. Now for the hard part--getting someone with access to find time to make your updates. ARB updates can sometimes take an hour or more depending on how much needs to be done. Your UA (or RPAC if your unit doesn't have a UA) should be able to take care of it, but you may need to schedule an appointment.

Good luck!

SGT (Join to see) - Damn the man. Reconnect with your S1 (that wants you to do all the work for them) and ask them the form number. At least this way they do some work.

SGT (Join to see) - Just thought of something. Look for the 2-1 and 2A and you should be able to find a form online. May no be fillable, but at least its forms you can work with and hand write all the missing info in. Then of course, make copies of all the documents that are missing and submit said copies so they get iPermed

Thank you. I will try that route. I am trying to put in a Warrant Officer Packet and they need a form that Verifies my DOB, GT, AFS, and ETS

Although the 2-1 is obsolete, a 2A can be generated by your unit in RLAS. It will have everything you listed except your GT score.

You already know about the ARB from other posts. Once you review that document you have two options. If your S1 has access, it can be done there, but more commonly you will have to set up an appointment with your local RPAC to have them enter the changes. You will need to provide all supporting documentation and about 2-3 hours o your time depending on the amount of stuff you need to add
