How do I update my MEL/MES? I just graduated BLC and it still shows that I am enrolled (my S-1 told me they do not control it).

Coding showing that you have completed the course on ATRS is done by the schoolhouse. It'll be there in a week or so.

I check my aatrs and it show as graduate, school house told me they send the 1059 to HRC but i do not know if i have to do something extra

SGT (Join to see) - You shouldn't need to, no. In the event that something does not update as it is supposed to and you have to get it done manually, there is very limited personnel with access to do so. I have seen this happen occasionally - and the issue is a recurring one with a certain NCO Academy that I will not throw under the bus online. In order to fix it, you need to contact the Commandant through appropriate channels and get them to resubmit.

You need to take a copy of your 1059 to your PAC clerk and they'll upload it on everything for you.

Are you talking about your own company, detachment, or whatever level you work at; their S-1? Or a higher level S-1? (I.e. If you're in a company are you talking about your battalion S-1? It sounded confusing the way I worded it without an example)
But yeah, your local 42A should take a copy of your 1059 and upload it all for you. That's all I had to do for mine.

Just start at whatever lowest level S-1 and go from there. Ask your NCOs as well as perhaps your 42A is newer and hasn't come across a 1059 before or anything. Best of luck to you CPL!

The school house is supposed to handle that. S1 has no rights to that block to update it. If it's been a couple weeks since you graduated, call the schoolhouse and let them know. If it's not handled within a couple weeks after that, call HRCs main number and go through the prompts to get a real person. You may get rerouted a couple times but it works. I had to do the same thing.

So the school house from which you graduated from will upload and update your information. You have to remeber that they have other students (100 or so) they are uplaoding as well, give it a minimum of 7-14 calendar days from the day you graduated then contact your school house for an update.

Never trust anyone to do something for you, verify and if it's still not there, take your 1059 to S-1. that's what I would've done day 1.

SFC i did but S1 told me they actually cant update it!! I just check my erb and they update it already but my ppw still showing that i do not meet the NCOES requirements

BN S-1 cannot update the MEL. BN S-1 can add your schools and courses in the MES section and show you as "Graduated" but cannot add or change the MEL; that is HRC level.

Just wait it will take 2-3 weeks to show up in your ERB/iperms. Unit S1 dont control that.

S-1 can take 6 weeks to update. I would take your certificate to s-1 and have them update erb immediately

Mine did the same, said enrolled while my name was on the list for points. So I'm assuming it doesn't really matter
