How do recruiters get medical records to MEPS for a med read? USPS or email/fax?

They have an Applicant Sign a Privacy Act Form. Then they go to the Hospital to request the medical records. IF the hospital releases the records, then they take them to MEPS.
After that is done, it is up to the doctors at MEPS to allow for the applicant to enlist under a medical waiver.
