Things changed. Warrants at CW2 and above can command. I was commander at CW3. I didn't accept anything but Chief or Sir.

As you would a Commissioned Officer.. it's Sir... Or if using the the whole proper name instead of the prefix of the rank. , It's Mister.

Yes, if Warrant Officer is attached to "Chief." Some of my sailors from before becoming an officer still call me "Chief" and I am okay with that or "Rich" since I am retired.

I address warrant officers with, "Lord" like Lord Vader because they're basically Siths running around and stuff.
