How do you check the status of your NCOER on the HRC website?

How long after submission of an NCOER does HRC have to review. It has currently been almost a month since submission an I still do not have the completed form as it will only allow me to print the Draft copy. Currently submitting promotion packet but draft copy will not work for my packet.

Log into EES and find your active NCOER tab/button, and it will show you where it's at

The new EES system allows you to see where it is once it gets created. It will show if it is with someone within the rating chain awaiting their input or it will show it has been submit to HRC for review. To check the status of an NCOER that wasn't done through EES you can check ERS (replaces IWRS) and see if one has been submitted to HRC.
