Our American Flag should NOT be altered in any way whatsoever!! It's a disgrace to those who shed blood for the freedom for everyone in our country. I don't even know why this is even a thought in anyone's mind. Hell to the NO!!

That flag just looks like someone trying to get support for gay equality in all 50 states. I dont see it as an issue, people (especially military) need to be not so whiny over stupid shit.

Pick your battles, Captain. This is much less of a non-issue than you are making it... If you want to be outraged, be outraged at people walking on the flag, flying the flag improperly, wearing the flag, etc. This is apparently not the American flag. It is a gay pride flag with stars sewn in the corner. There are only 6 stripes compared to the American flags 13. Does anyone else have a problem with this "officer" attempting to hate monger? Ridiculous.

I find this disrespectful. I understand it's a gay pride thing, everyone is entitled to be proud of whatever they believe in. There is no reason for a close resemblance to the American Flag. That's essentially implying it's related to a value of what this nation was founded on, which isn't simply expression of sexuality! That's rediculous.

CPT Pedro Meza - And I down voted his down vote to promote how pointless it is to down vote. If I was wrong (which apparently I was), I have no issues correcting myself. Tell me I am wrong and move on. But telling me I am wrong and down vote, seemed kind of silly so I thought I would do something silly as well. Not everyone gets my sense of humor.
