Regardless of the type of course (University sponsored, online learning, self-help related etc) what type of learning format do you connect with the best? Why?

I worked as an instructor for a large IT security company & it was the hardest job I ever had.

For me it just depends on the topic and if an instructor is involved them as well. Im capable of learning from all the formats you listed as well as others..

You sould add a 'hand on learner' button. But if I had to vote, text book/traditional classroom (although I did my whole degree online).

My problem was discipline mostly. No structure to it, which is what I need.
