So I recently got an early Christmas gift in the form of a convertible standing desk. Got a great deal on it and brought it to my office. Once I got my desk configured to handle the standing desk, I started to use the desk and I love it.
I know these things are one becoming one of the "must haves" for a lot of office people so I figured we could have some fun this Friday with a simple poll.
So which do you prefer?

Since I work in Retail, not a whole lot of sitting there...I tend to keep moving, no matter what.

I’m not a desk guy but if I were sitting seems more comfortable
I had an antique railroad station ticketing desk that I used for a standing desk. Loved it...

It would be nice to have the option to switch between the two. I've spent seven hours at a time standing while working at computer. I don't mind the standing, it just takes some getting use to. I've also spent hours sitting behind a desk. When I'm sitting while working I find that I frequently need to get up and walk around. I wouldn't mind being able to switch to a standing desk.

I have a Varidesk standing desk and have for over a year. I have the dual monitor set up that hooks to the back of the unit so you get maximum work surface. I stand about 11-12 hours a day when I am in the office (I travel a lot). If that image is your work area you will want the laptop off of the surface and a monitor mount.
