How does a co-location reassignment work for dual-Navy couples who are stationed apart when they get married?

If your recently married and spouse is pregnant and you just arrived to shore duty not to long ago how would the navy go about who leaves and stay where? She is stationed in Norfolk and I’m in San Diego, same rate and rank.
