How does a Veteran go about getting his autobiography noted publicly within the AAFES system?

You could always contact AAFES HQ in Dallas and just ask for who handles purchasing of books for exchanges written by veterans. Here's the main link with phone numbers and you can also post queries there that look like they are answered. http://goo.gl/JnlYq5
