How does everyone feel about this "New" Military, and recieve privates who have no respect?

Recently I have gotten a few more privates that have come to me from Basic Training / AIT, and they are just disrespectful as can be, and have no discipline. How does everyone feel about that?

Many NCO's find the new generation of soldiers to lack respect and discipline.
