How does FTS and Active Duty being stationed together work?

I am looking into joining the navy. I’ve been researching FTS. I will be married to my SO before enlisting. She is active duty stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. She will have been enlisted for a little over a year by the time i join. My question is what are the chances of us getting stationed together. Is it possible for me to get stationed in Japan as FTS.I’m trying to avoid the whole married across the world dilemma for the rest of her time there. I’ve read that it’s possible, but I’m wondering if my chances are greater since i will be married to someone already stationed over there. Or would it be best to wait and join when she comes back stateside?
