I know that the EPS List regards a list of soldiers based on their overall points. Is the EPS list JUST for soldiers who want to pick up a job with a unit, or is it also for drill weekend jobs.

The EPS List, which stands for Enlisted Personnel System List, is typically used for soldiers who are seeking a permanent change of station (PCS) to a new unit or assignment. It is primarily focused on soldiers who want to pick up a job or transfer to a new unit within the military. The EPS List helps to match soldiers with available positions based on their qualifications and overall points.
For drill weekend jobs or temporary assignments, there may be different processes or systems in place within the military to fill those positions. These types of assignments are often managed at the unit level or through specific channels designated for temporary duty or part-time positions.
It's important to consult with your unit or chain of command to understand the specific processes and systems in place for drill weekend jobs or temporary assignments within your branch of the military. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information and guidance regarding such opportunities. https://www.myccpay.vip/

"The Enlisted Promotion System (EPS) is a National Guard Bureau
(NGB) directed program designed to provide a fair and equitable promotion process for enlisted personnel. Utilizing the Select, Train, Educate and Promote (STEP) methodology, it identifies the most qualified Soldiers with demonstrated potential and places them into verified vacancies (where no overgrade or excess Soldiers are available for cross-leveling) in order to meet the needs of the organization and increase personnel readiness. This promotion process affects all Soldiers in the ranks of SPC through MSG."
Promotion opportunities can be in your current unit, or other units.
It's also possible to lateral at the same grade to another unit and even reclass for that lateral, however this has nothing to do with EPS.

In every state, there are two EPS lists for each grade and MOS.
One list for MDAYs competing for MDAY promotions, one for AGRs competing for AGR promotions.
