According to the results....I'm subpar. But what I have done I think that my muscles are above par. I haven't done any floor pulls or pullups/chinups due to the program I'm currently on. I'm only into the 3rd week but will be incorporating some dead lifts, barbell squats, barbell lundges, and one-leg deadlifts with kettlebells soon.

PO1 (Join to see) - Me too. Weighted pistols, jumping lunges, and much more suck. I love the way it sucks ! Make me legs look yum yum. :)

SGT (Join to see) - I'm trying to look at leg day optimistic but just hate doing it. I got straight bar lunges, straight bar squats, leg extensions, laying leg curls, one-leg kettlebell deadlifts, seated and standing calf raises.
I'm trying to figure a way to do standing calf raises, but my gym doesn't have a machine for it. I figure weights on the front of my feet but it feels awkward.

PO1 (Join to see) - Weights on the front of your feet would work the tibialis anterior (I spelled it wrong, I'm sure). You could consider calf raises on a leg press, or the edge of a stump with a weight in one hand using the other to hold onto a machine or pole.

SGT (Join to see) - The gym I go to has a leg press...I could use that and just put my toes (not literally) on the plate.....hmm; didn't think of that.
Thanks!
