Depending on what kind of discharge you get, will GI Bill be taken from you?

The rule is that you must have an honorable and complete the whole contract if you came in on a two year, or complete at least three years of your contract. If you complete less than 36 months you will receive a prorated portion of one month benefits for every month of service.
No honorable, no GI Bill.

Along with normally requiring an honorable discharge, one must complete at least 36 months of active service (active duty for initial training does NOT qualify).

Depending on if there have been changes - and this is something you need to bring up with JAG - you may receive a pro-rated amount of your benefits.
