How early can I start my phase 1 and 2 physical?

I read that I can start the process 6 months from termanal leave start date but I also read that I can only start it 6 months from my ETS date. Any help.

6m is correct, however understand the Ph2 unwritten rule of i cant do anything cause ive already did my ph2 is at commanders discretion and i can tell you in most unit you will still do pt.test, h&w, and field until you begin clearing. Just some food for thought
