I report to MIBOLC on 2 Aug 21, but have not received a packing list or any information about reporting. I am aware that we are supposed to receive a "Welcome Letter" within 2 months of our report date, however, I am two weeks out and have received nothing.

Like many other newly commissioned 2LTs, my CAC expired and I won't receive a new one until BOLC. Therefore, I called the POC listed in my orders (C. Co. Clerk) twice and requested that any information be sent to a personal email.

That being said, how else can I get ahold of the MIBOLC Packing List and Welcome Letter? Thank you.

How do you plan on reporting to school (getting through the gate) with an expired CAC? Have you tried going to DEERs to get a new CAC?
Per ATRRS you can Visit the Fort Huachuca Welcome Letter website here: https://ikn.army.mil/apps/welcomeletters
For details and guidance on lodging and meals for TDY personnel, got to:
https://g357.army.pentagon.mil/tr/tri/ittg/default.aspx
All students coming to Fort Huachuca in a TDY status must:

(1) Contact the respective Staff Duty in the following paragraphs b-d as soon
as possible, and NLT 3-weeks prior to the report date in order to determine
current COVID-19-related reporting instructions and safety measures.

(2) Bring a copy of their DA Form 93 (Record of Emergency Data) as well as a
copy of their DA Form 8286 (Service Members Life Insurance.)

b. Army Officers: All Officers will call 111th MI Brigade Staff Duty
[login to see] ) for COVID-19-related reporting instructions. Upon arrival, all
Officers report to room 277 (A/304th Orderly Room) in Nicholson Hall, Bldg
80505 during duty hours. Army Officers reporting during weekends, holidays or
after hours will report to the Brigade Staff Duty Officer in Riley Barracks,
Bldg 51005 located at 2520 Healy Avenue, DSN 879-1071 or Comm [login to see] .
Students arriving to MIBOLC must have a complete Pre-Execution Check list per
TRADOC Reg. 350-18.APPX H.

Do you know someone with an active CAC and a government computer? If so, ask them to look up your course in ATRRS and see if there is a packing list there. And if there is...boom, there ya go.

Between 1996 and today with no break in service and over 18 years of that time active, I think only once did I receive a welcome letter before I signed in to a command.

Bring all of your stuff to Hauchuca on your report date and you'll be fine. You may want to look at their website to see if they have a packing list.

Best of luck.
