In service candidate. Submitting my packet and needs to get vision waiver. Came clean in everything. Had vision waiver when I enlisted(astigmatism 3.25 both eyes) applying for cyber or signal in army reserves.

As long as the current guidance for OCS accepting waivers, Just as hard or easy as any other waiver. Your service will have to approve it after your packet gets deferred to waiver authority at MEPS. Once it’s approved, it’s good to go.

I’m unfamiliar with the in-service side as I was under the impression MEPS is required for any commissioning. I’m a reservist and had to go back when I direct commissioned.
