Getting there is only half the battle. How have you managed to stay on track over the days, weeks and years?

Yes, but I run an EKG plus lab tests every two or three months to make certain my restricted diet plus exercise program is not chewing up internal organs etc. Warmest Regards, Sandy :)

First, surround yourself with folks that carry a healthy lifestyle. They help to affirm your goals and recognize your healthy choices accomplishments. Second seek realistic healthy food choices and combine those choices with realistic safe fitness choices. Godspeed.

I'm still waiting to be introduced to my healthy life style. We keep trying to meet but something always gets in the way (nachos, pizza, beer, etc.)

Took up biking. My wife is into it, so that's been a big help in continuing it. Also walk a lot daily, my 3 dogs love walking.
