Getting there is only half the battle. How have you managed to stay on track over the days, weeks and years?

Getting there truly is half the battle. I weighed 300 LBS when I decided I wanted to start ROTC. Running 2-3 miles, squatting, doing 100+ pushups, and lots of core work no less than 4 days per week got the job done, and continues to do so. A total diet restructuring only supplemented the results as well.

So far, I have kept myself in that 205-210 range for the most part over the past 2 and a half years.
