I am going to 12B ALC in October located at Camp Grafton North Dakota. I'm just trying to get some input on how the course is and weather this time of year. I'm located in FL so that's a big climate change for my self. I appreciate any info pertaining to the course. Thanks!

Getting cooler.... fall is here. Take time to learn the history of the area, and take photos around the lake.... very unique area, similar to Great Salt Lake geologically....

I went in Jan. It was great. The schoolhouse is attached to the barracks and we had individual rooms. The instructors were brilliant and the class size was small. I agree with 1SG John Furr the town has not much to offer but the NCO club does have hammerschlagen. Do bring all your cold weather gear, marshmallow suit if you have it! Demo day started at 7°F and dropped when the sun came out.
Good luck and enjoy.
