Would I actually do my job as a (unit supply)? Might be PCSn here. I'm from Texas pretty familiar with places around there.

At your rank, mostly likely yes you will be in a supply room at company level.
BUT III Corps has many assignments you could end up in, you are after all in an MOS that is not understrength (last I looked) so cannon fodder for whatever position is needed to be filled MOS immaterial.
Could be a admin job at the Air Assault academy, could be a supply spot and replacement detachment, might be a BMMP slot at the SPROCKET auto crafts shop that is vacant

If you are a CpL. I assume you know the general duties of the supply management, issue and acquisition. You will lead a small Team, Generally including a supply clerk, maybe the Armorer and chemical Soldier. That varies by unit. Since you are familiar with the climate, no issue other the military environment. Staying in the field for weeks on end, driving a truck in convoys, Guard duty, supply runs, radio watch etc., eating dust and sand, it is fun. Thank you for your service.

It is a big post. You are in the middle of Texas so you are close to all the major cities like Dallas and Austin. You should be doing your job there. Almost all units have a 92Y in them. It will depend on the unit on how much work you will be doing and if the last person did their job or not.
