I have couriers here that interact with Ramstein couriers...they all love the job (never hear them complain), they are literally on the road two weeks out of the month, but the job is straight forward (strictly enforced rules). GL!!

It all depends, if you are a self starter then you are good I was at DCS from 2011-2013 its not all that bad. You are just isolated from any type of military support so you have to piggy back off other units if they are willing to help. UTILIZE 21st TSC, I cannot express this enough. They will help you out the best they can. Especially the G-1 SGM, I used him in order to get me out. But they also allowed us to update Weapons, Schools other stuff like that. You are TDY a lot and you have to do other stuff. I was the R/A and EM rep for the station. You cant really explain what you do besides say "Im a DCS COURIER" If you are married your spouse will be jealous because you get to go all over Europe on the Army's dime. I loved it. But like I said you will see how the AF side of the House works, TOTALLY DIFFERENT then our world. I watched an E-6 argue with a E-8 (mind blown) but if at all anything stay away from ARI's and if it doesn't feel right 99.9% its not. Other then that enjoy the travel and please utilize other Army units for promotions, schools and anything else because you will have very little there the AF has all they need. That's the best advice I can give. Other then that I can help you out with whatever else you need.
