How likely is it to get leave as an Army recruiter (summer time)?

I was recently DA Selected to attend Recruiter school, my school date is in October, and my report date to my recruiting station (idk where yet) is mid jan. June 16th 2018 I am having my wedding, already have deposits down for venues etc. Asking those that have experience in USAREC out there, will they more than likely let me take leave for this? just trying to get some general information. thanks

You should not have any problems. Just make sure you let your leadership know as soon as possible. As hard as this might be to believe, the leaders in USAREC are people too?

I want to be a Recruiter, however I was just wondering since it's so close to the Army's Birthday, I'm not sure if theirs usually some sort of big events that happen. appreciate the feedback!

About the same as a regular unit. There are a few more things to consider, but I'd let them know as soon as you show up to your station. You'll be fine.
