How long do I have to serve in the National Guard before I can apply for a full time position?

You have to find an opening and the prerequisites will be listed for that specific opening. Or you can look on the HRC website and submit an AGR application.

There is no set time requirement to apply for AGR but there is a rank requirement. You must be at least a SPC before applying because most jobs are slotted or E5 and up. Each state has their own needs.
