How long does a re-enlistment bonus take to kick in? Is that a question for finance or for retention?

It's 30 days. Finance won't be able to see it, either.
It goes into database at HRC and is held for two weeks to check for errors. Then it's sent to DFAS to be paid, and that takes about two more weeks.
